How do I sign up for a vFlyer account?

It’s easy! Just visit www.vflyer.com and click one of the Sign Up buttons, choose the type of account you want, and follow the instructions for registering a new account.

I signed up but haven't received my confirmation code. What should I do?

The system-generated email that was sent to you with your confirmation code may have been filtered into your spam or bulk folder. Please check and, if you find it there, mark it as Not Spam. That way, future emails from vFlyer will go to your inbox rather than the spam or bulk folder. Adding support@vFlyer.com to address book may help as well.

If you don’t find the email in your spam or bulk mail folder, email support@vflyer.com and we will retrieve your confirmation code for you.

Why do I need to confirm my account by phone?

vFlyer implemented a phone authentication procedure as a fraud prevention measure. vFlyer Personal users must enter a 10-digit phone number and follow the on-screen instructions to verify their account before they publish their first flyer. This only needs to be done once.

How can I find out what type of account I have?

You can see the type of account you have by clicking the Account tab, then clicking the Billing sub-tab. Your account type as well as the number of active and total flyers you currently have will be displayed.

How do I change my login email address or password?

Click the Settings link at the top of the screen, then enter a new email address and/or password in the appropriate fields and click Update. If you are changing your email address, a confirmation email will be sent to the new address. You’ll need to click the link in this email to confirm the change.

How do I change my account name?

To change your account name, click the Account link, then click the Basic link. Enter the new account name (lowercase letters and numbers only, no spaces) and click Update. The change will take effect immediately. Please note that you can only change your account name once in a three-month period.

What is my Account Profile?

Your Account Profile is the page containing links to all of your active listings. You can include your contact information, a photo of you, your company logo, external links (if you are a vFlyer business subscriber), and a description of yourself or your business in your Account Profile as well. Once the Account Profile is set up, much of this information can be leveraged when you create flyers and widgets.

If you have a vFlyer business subscription, you can also utilize your Account Profile on your Facebook profile or Page via the vFlyer Facebook Application.

How do I upgrade my account?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the Account link
  3. Click the Billing link
  4. Click the Upgrade Options link
  5. Choose a new account plan and specify whether you want a monthly or an annual subscription
  6. Click Next
  7. If you haven’t done so already, enter your credit card information in the fields provided
  8. Click Update
