What does Active and Total flyers mean?

There are four stages in which a flyer can exist

Draft: This is like an initial work sheet, where you can add, modify or delete contents and save the flyer as many times you wish to. This will never make a flyer public.

Published: The flyer will come to this stage once you publish the flyer. Then the flyer is viewable publicly. If you make changes to a published flyer and save it. It will not be public unless and until you publish the flyer. If you do not publish the flyer but save the flyer, it will reach an intermediate stage where its maked with an ‘*published’ to indicate that there are pending chages that are not publsihed yet.

Expired: This is a state when you choose to not show the flyer publicly but still keep the data around. Then you simply unpublish the flyer. At any point of time if you want to make the flyer published you can edit the unpublished flyer and publish it again. Your flyer can also come to this state when you set an expiry date on the flyer. You can choose to disable it by expiry date field blank.

You can also choose to Delete your flyer. Once you delete the flyer its no longer accesible by you.
