Processes for searching for listings on vFlyer partner sites

Helpful hints:

• After you publish your flyer, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours before the listing appears on our partner sites.
• To ensure proper syndication, it’s important to include as much specific information as possible, for instance, the street address (including unit number for apartments and condos), price, and contact information.
• Only listings of vFlyer business subscribers are submitted to Backpage and eBay Classifieds. If you have a free vFlyer Personal account, you will need to post your listings manually to these sites.

Below instructions for searching each of our partner sites for vFlyer listings.

How to search Oodle: Select your listing’s category from the orange toolbar above, then set your location by entering your listing’s zip code, and click “Search”. On the results page, enter a specific price range for your listing on the left, and any other attributes that apply (e.g. # of bedrooms).



How to search Vast: Select your listing’s category from the tabs at the top of the screen (if your category isn’t shown, check the links at the bottom of the page), then narrow down by location, price, and keywords and click “Search”. On the results page, you can narrow results further by distance and other attributes.


How to search OLX: Set your location by entering your listing’s zip code on the left. Then choose your listing’s category and filter results using the toolbar on the left.


How to search Geebo: Select your listing’s category from the left-hand column, then perform an “Advanced Search”. Enter your listing’s zip code, exact price, then click the “Search” button below.


How to search Backpage: Select the metropolitan region for your listing, then the specific category. In the results page, enter an exact price for your listing and click “Search”.


How to search eBay Classifieds: At the very top of the page, set your location by entering your listing’s zip code. Then select your listing’s category and search by exact price.

How to Search Trulia: Choose “For Sale” or “For Rent”, then enter your listing’s address and click “Search”.


How to search Zillow: In the “Find Home Values and Listings” bar, enter your listing’s address and click “Go”.


How to search HotPads: Choose “For Sale” or “For Rent”, enter the city or zip code of your listing, and click “Search”. On the next screen, filter by number of bedrooms and exact price.
Alternately, enter the following URL in your browser’s address bar: http://hotpads.com/listing/VFlyer/(flyer ID)
Replace (flyer ID) with your 7 digit vFlyer ID number, and press Enter.




How to search Yahoo! Real Estate: Enter the zip code of your listing, enter the exact price, and click “Search”.


How to search FrontDoor: Enter the zip code of your listing, select the closest minimum and maximum price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and click “Search”.


How to search Cyberhomes: Enter the exact address of your listing, then click “Search”.


How to search AOL Real Estate: Enter the exact address of your listing, then click “Search”.


How to search Google Maps: Enter the exact address of your listing and click “Search Maps”. The listing should appear to the left; click it to view the details. If the listing does not appear, click “Show search options” above the map and select “Real estate” from the drop-down menu, then click “Search Maps” again. Using the controls on the left, filter by listing type, price, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Note: only residential real estate and rental listings appear on Google Maps.

How to search Jobalot: Enter the title of your flyer in quotation marks in the first field and the location (city and state or zip code) in the second and click “Search”. If the listing doesn’t come up, try entering a more general keyword that you used in your flyer in the first field and search again.



How to search Simply Hired: Enter the title of your flyer in quotation marks in the first field and the location (city and state or zip code) in the second and click “Search”.
