Email Flyer List

You can use vFlyer’s Email Flyer tool to send multiple listings in one email. Here’s how:

1. On your vFlyer homepage, click the Account tab, then click the link for “Email Flyer List”.



2. Choose a list of your published flyers. If you don’t already have one, click the “Create new List” link. If you have a list prepared, skip to step 7.



3. Enter a title for your list, then click the “Import Items” link to get started.



4. Choose which flyers you’d like included in the list, then click “Import Flyers”.



5. You can email up to 7 listings in a single email. Once you’ve imported your flyers, click the “Back to List Editor” button, then click “Save List”



6. Once your list has been saved, click the “Back to Email Tool” button to resume composing your email.

7. From the drop-down menus, choose a theme and layout for your email.

8. Enter your contacts’ email addresses in the box, or upload a distribution list directly from your email account by clicking the “Import Contacts” link.



9. Finally, enter a subject and a message to accompany your flyers. Click “Preview” to see how your email will look, then “Send”.
