How can I find out what type of account I have?
You can see the type of account you have by clicking the Account tab, then clicking the Billing sub-tab. Your account type as well as the number of active and total Flyers you currently have will be displayed.
How do I change my login email address or password?
Click the Settings link at the top of the screen, then enter a new email address and/or password in the appropriate fields and click Update. If you are changing your email address, a confirmation email will be sent to the new address.
How do I change my account name?
To change your account name, click the Account tab, then click the Basic link. Enter the new account name (lowercase letters and numbers only, no spaces) and click Update. The change will take effect immediately.
What is my Account Profile?
The Account Profile is the page containing links to all of your active listings. You can include your contact information, a photo of you, your company logo, external links (if you are a vFlyer business subscriber), and a description of yourself or your business in your Account Profile as well. Once the Account Profile is set up, much of this information can be leveraged when you create Flyers and widgets.
